Meet The Team

Our Hair Designers are selected very carefully and have similar characteristics; being warm and friendly as well as extremely professional. We feel that the level of service that we provide exceeds that of our local competitors.  We put together a questionnaire to our team, to give you an insight of your hair designers.  Let us introduce you to our team:-

The questions were:-

Name, Position in salon, when they joined Abstract team, profile, work experience, most enjoyable thing about the salon, describe yourself in 5 words.

Salon Owner Kerry in 1994 did her apprenticeship with Essenelle who at the time were the largest hair and beauty industry in the nation. “Here I learnt the skills that would take me on an amazing journey into the creative hairdressing world. I then went to work for Craig Malcolm and bought this salon in 2000 where it then became Abstract Hair.”

I am a qualified assessor and teacher. I have been fortunate enough to work alongside many celebrities and was even flown out the Cannes Film Festival to style the amazing Suzanne Collins in the feature film ‘Charlie Noades RIP.’ These opportunities that my amazing team and I have achieved, have been featured in ‘OK’ and ‘Hello’ magazines aswell as national newspapers.

As a salon owner of Abstract, I believe that constant education is the way forward. This is what has set us apart from our competition. The staff will always receive training to keep us up to date with the current styles for you, our client.
