Booking and Cancellation Policy Guide

We don’t like to disappoint people, so if you can book a good 2 weeks in advance, we hopefully won’t disappoint you. If you do need to cancel or change your appointment, we would be grateful if you could give us at least 24 hours notice, otherwise we regret that we will automatically charge a 50% cancellation fee. Just give us a call. You can also confirm your appointment when we send you a reminder text.

Tiered Pricing

Our appointments are charged at different rates depending on your choice of consultant. Rates are all detailed in the price list, or our friendly staff will be able to guide you through any queries that you have.

Mobile Phones

Mobile phones are allowed and we also have FREE WIFI. Ask at reception for the code.

Generous Treatment Times

We’re here to look after you, so we book out more than the treatment time shown to ensure your treatment is relaxed and unhurried. To make the most of your treatment, it’s a good idea to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment to allow for parking and bad traffic. Alternatively, use the extra time at the end just to sit and get yourself together before you continue your day.

Vouchers

We do several voucher schemes all of which have terms and conditions that may alter occasionally please ask our receptionist for the latest updates.
