Abstract Hair, Wirral is thrilled to announce that they have been shortlisted at the Salon Awards 2021 in the category of Best Salon. This is a national award with the ceremony taking place in London in November 2021.
Firstly we would like to thank our guests, who continue to support our salon. It has been fantastic to see so many smiling faces returning to us after restrictions were lifted. We would also like to extend a welcome and thanks to our new guests who have joined us recently. Thank you for choosing us to take care of your hair. Finally, we would like to thank our wonderful Abstract hair team who have worked so hard under such challenging circumstances with closures and COVID guidelines and restrictions. We couldn’t do this without you.

Hi Everyone!
The Abstract team is so happy to be back and we hope all our clients are staying safe and well at these challenging times.
Over the term of lock down we have been working with our technical team to find ways to make life a bit easier for our clients. With that in mind we now have some great news to share with you.
You can now buy your favourite product’s using the online shop on our website.
This is a click and collect service.
You can also buy E-gift vouchers for a loved one via our online booking service. You can purchase the voucher and it can be sent via email to yourself or straight to that special someone.
We can’t wait to see you all over the festive season.

The Abstract Team would like to say a MASSIVE thank you to all our returning clients after these strange times we are all in. We know some of our clients are keeping themselves extra safe so hope you are all doing well. Lucky for us there was not too many lockdown hair disasters only the odd uneven fringe trims by the serial fringe trimers, you know who you are! (ha ha)
Our standards on keeping the salon safe and as hygienic as possible are still in place with masks and visors to be worn by all the staff and masks by our clients. Our sanitising systems and screens are still being utilised around the salon. We want all our clients to feel as comfortable with us as we possibly can. We have now lowered the PPE charge to £1.50 as we have found solutions to reduce the costs to our clients.
Abstract Hair Design has got some exciting news to share…….
We have made a few changes to the price list. This is to simplify your bill and service specification. Some of our prices have reduced! Some of our colour prices will be increasing but this is so we can make our service times longer to make sure you are getting that extra special colour attention to detail we all deserve.
We believe in rewarding our loyal clients which is why we have introduced the Abstract Hair Design Loyalty Scheme. As a member you will be able to build points and earn rewards for you to spend on our services and products.
Recommend a friend is back on! Recommend your friends and family to the salon you both receive 50% off a cut and blow dry. This must be for a friend or relative who is yet to come and see us at Abstract.
We want to congratulate Anna on the Amazing work she has been doing since starting with us in October 2018 and from Monday 21st September Anna will no longer have a graduate colour band. We are still offering Annas cut and blow dry prices at a discounted price. Look out for our rising star Emma who will be jumping into that band soon.

We have really missed the salon and all our lovely clients.
Like most businesses the pandemic has hit us hard. We have to make some changes to the salon in order to adhere to government guidelines aswell as the business. We hope you will understand these changes and continue to support our small business at this time. We are trying to avoid price increases and have managed to think of ways around this.
WHAT TO EXPECT FROM YOUR VISIT
* unfortunately, all offers will be on hold until further notice
* All clients will need a skin test 24 hours prior to their appointment.
* A £3.50 will be charged on top of your service, this is to help the salon cover the cost of additional PPE that you will be supplied with, this includes sanitiser, disposable gown, disposable towels and mask. This is to ensure the safety of yourself and others around you.
* There will be limited number of clients in our salon this is to maintain social distancing.
* There will be no waiting area in our salon so it’s important to arrive on time to your appointment as cleaning time is left in between clients.
* Please avoid touching our product stands and please ask our team to assist in helping you choose a product.
* Use contactless payment when possible.
* We will not provide magazines at this time however your more than welcome to use your own to be kept on your lap.
* Clients with will not be allowed to be accompanied unless necessary. This is to reduce the number of people in the salon.
* Our team members will also wear appropriate PPE throughout your service.
* Protected work screens will also be installed on reception and in between work stations.
*As we are so busy we need 48 hours notice to cancel your appointments, this is important as we are so busy with a long waiting list for clients who desperately want their hair doing.
*No show clients will be charged 50% of there bill on there next booking.

A big hello from us all at Abstract! We miss you all and cannot wait to see you again.
After the most recent Government announcements, we know that will not be open before the 4th July.
As soon as we know a date we’ll drop you an email with booking details. You can also look out for them on our social media.
We’ve already started to work on plans to re-open safely, that adhere to social distancing regulations, while making sure you still get the pampering experience you deserve. From the lovely messages we have received, it sounds like you are looking forward to seeing us as much as we are looking forward to welcoming you back into the salon.
